Independent Practice with The Association for Nutrition and Registered Nutritionist Tina Sabbagh

Over the last decade we have seen significant change in the nutrition employment market, with more individuals now choosing to work in independent or freelance practice, and many doing so shortly after graduating.

During this talk, Tina will introduce AfN’s new Independent Practice Standards, discussing why they were developed, what areas the standards cover, and why they are beneficial to Registrants, employers and the public, even if they are already practicing independently. The talk will address important questions such as: who do the standards apply to? What is ‘Independent Practice’ defined as? And; what do I need to do now?

Following the talk, Tina will host a short Q&A session where you can ask any questions you may still have on the AfN’s new Independent and Freelance Practice Standards.
